Ronen Kurzfeld values the importance of higher education and understands that the limitations due to costs can stand in the way of your success. Seeing the power in knowledge, Ronen Kurzfeld is one of
few immigration lawyers in Toronto offering a scholarship to one hard-working, dedicated student.

The scholarship is open to any student who is attending a Canadian/US college or university in the Winter 2023 semester.  Any full-time student is eligible to apply, and the scholarship is open for both first-time and returning students.

How to Apply

Eligibility: Canadian/US citizens or permanent residents with the required minimum GPA and enrolled in a Canadian or United States university or college for Winter 2023.

Application: Four components must be submitted for your entry: (A) Application form, (B) Small writing project, (C) Copy of transcript, (D) Proof of Canadian or US Residence

(A) Application Form: Fill out the Scholarship application form at https://www.immigrationway.com/scholarship/. All fields must be filled out.

(B) Small Writing Project: On a website, blog, or online forum, write an 800-1000 word post on ANY of the following topics:

  • How does increasing immigration affect the economy
  • The importance of having Immigration Lawyers
  • How does immigration affect you?
  • The labour market effects of immigration
  • How immigrants affect the economy
  • The economics of immigration
  • How does immigration affect global business

Scholarships Criteria for evaluation: the best posts will be creative, expressing your thoughts clearly and concisely, and avoid grammatical or spelling errors. The post must also include a link from the website or blog to the website of Ronen Kurzfeld (https://www.immigrationway.com).

(C) Transcript: Include, or have sent, a current transcript (either official or an unofficial printed copy) of your high school grades, along with documentation from a university or college evidencing acceptance of the applicant into a university or college program, to the form below.

(D) Proof of Residence: Include a certified copy of documentation evidencing citizenship or permanent residence of Canada or the United States.

Deadline: Scholarships will be awarded once per year. Submissions will be accepted until July 25th, 2023.

Draw Date: The winner will be announced and awarded the candidate on August 5, 2023.
